Watch me message from Giffords

In the 17 July 2007 issue of the Arizona Daily Star an article on page B1, "Giffords has raised nearly $1 million for '08 campaign." http://www.azstarnet.com/metro/192071 And, a slightly different version at http://www.tucsoncitizen.com/daily/local/57527.php.

In the second version a quote by Mike Hellon: "Democrats are funneling money her way to protect her job serving a district in which Republicans hold the edge in voter registration, said Mike Hellon, an ex-state Republican Party chairman and former 8th District congressional candidate. "Our best chance to beat her is next year," he said. "Democrats know that, too, and are trying to get as much money and momentum behind her as possible."

Watch for lies, half truths and innuendoes. For example, to believe the last TV commercial a few days ago, voters are to believe that Giffords is the one who raised the minimum wage, provided for better health care for veterans, etc. Does any voter believe that she is going to publish the fact that she is for amnesty, that she voted for the largest tax hike in history, that she supported the Employee Free registration act or that she wants to spend your money like crazy with about 327 million in requested earmarks and more liberal fiascos???

Work is cut out for the CD8 Republican Association at the coming G-3 summit. If the Republicans can get around the lies, half truths and innuendoes that are expected and educate the votes of the district on her liberal voting record, almost any Republican would probably be able to win next year. In the first message, there are 13 replies, so far, and ALL OF THEM NEGATIVE. Democrats read this paper as well as Republicans so what does that say? And, the 7 comments to the second one are all negative.
